Industrial Safe was engaged by BCI to assist with risk definition, planning, and statutory approvals during the project feasibility of the Nullagine Iron Ore Project. We facilitated a risk definition workshop with BCI project personnel and developed a risk management plan for the project that clearly identified risks, priorities and actions.
Industrial Safe consultants prepared the Project Management Plan for the Nullagine Iron Ore Project, working closely with the Nullagine project team and the statutory regulator.
Integral to the ongoing development of a mining project is the scoping of occupational health and safety infrastructure, systems and on-site service requirements. Industrial Safe delivered an OHS scope for BCI that identified critical OHS requirements for the project including costings and timelines.
Industrial Safe established the OHS site services at the Nullagine Iron Ore Project, including provision of personnel and management of medical, safety and emergency response. Our scope included the selection and purchase of emergency vehicles, equipment and consumables.
We continue to develop and assist with the implementation of a safety management system, contractor management system, incident reporting and event management systems, as well as providing contracted OHS services including consulting services and dual role safety and paramedical personnel at NIOP.
Industrial Safe remains available to BCI, and to all of our clients, throughout the various stages of their projects. We are a constant partner, and a continuous, accessible source of important knowledge – historical, current and projected.
