Whether you're in it for the challenge, the excitement,
the fun, the money, or the ability to create a safer
work environment, HS&E is a field in which there
are enormous opportunities for a rewarding career.
Industrial Safe has a strong focus on assisting
HS&E personnel to develop their careers and
we have a staff development programme that includes
in-house and external training.
In-house training includes:
- Incident reporting;
- Facilitating serious incident analysis;
- Risk management; delivering fitness for work
programmes; and
- Other HS&E systems training.
External training includes:
- First Aid Instructors Training;
- Workplace Training and Assessment;
- Ventilation Officers Training; and
- Maintenance of essential qualifications such
as Industrial Paramedic, MARCSTA, and various
mine rescue qualifications ie BG4, Industrial
Fire, etc.
Industrial Safe personnel are encouraged and supported
to further their studies in HS&E, and we are
developing work experience programmes with both
Edith Cowan University and Curtin University.
